Access to the programme
Limited admission, 180 places available

Quota reserved to non-EU students residing outside Italy: 1 seat in which 1 is reserved for a Chinese student living in China, under the Marco Polo Project.

Admission requirements
Admission to the programme is subordinate to passing the selective test and the possession of minimum curriculum requirements and an adequate personal preparation. Personal preparation will be examined through an admissions test. Furthermore, the possession of a certificated knowledge of English language at level B2, at least, is required.

Admission with international qualification
Applicants with international qualification must have obtained a bachelor’s degree that is the result of at least 3 years of study. The preliminary evaluation of the qualification is mandatory. Procedures and deadlines are available on the dedicated online platform.
International qualification will be evaluated by the designated teaching committee after the pre-evaluation procedure carried out on the online platform.
European applicants and non-European applicants with a permit of stay valid for enrolment must take the onsite admission test. Non-European applicants who need a visa for enrolment will take the admission test via Skype.

Course overview
This Master's Degree Programme produces experts in accounting data, planning management control systems, setting out finance strategies and auditing business risk. Depending on the curriculum chosen, different aspects relating to the profession or the internal business management are investigated.

Occupational profiles
Master’s degree students are able to work inside a business, whether national or multinational, and within a public administration in the function intended by the administration, in finance companies and control managements. Furthermore, students are able to be involved in consultation firms and develop their chosen profession. Thanks to the two conventions:

• Convention with the Order of Chartered Accountants

The Convention with the Order of Chartered Accountants allows students on the Accounting and Finance Master’s Degree programme (Administrative Consultation) to be excluded from taking the first written exam for the state exam that allows admission to the Association of Certified Public Accountants - to section B for Bachelor’s Degree students, to section A for Master’s Degree students. Furthermore, the Convention allows students to be able to carry out and count on 6 months of Professional Placement as 6 months of the 18 required of the internship before taking the state exam during the last year of the degree.

• Convention with the Order of Employment Consultants of Vicenza

The Convention with the Order of Employment Consultants of Vicenza offers students in the last year of the Department of Management, enrolled in the Accounting and Finance Master’s Degree programme (Administrative Consultation) to become members as apprentices, already anticipating thus, in the limits of a semester, the professional placement in a an Employment Consultancy office, that will allow students to conclude after graduation.

Examination assessment and graduation
The educational activities include classroom teaching, workshops and internships, in order to acquire wide-ranging skills that can be readily transferable into the world of work.
During the whole university career, the various skills and knowledge acquired by students will be assessed through written and oral examinations.
The degree exam consists in writing a thesis, which must possess the characters of originality, exhaustive documentation and scientific investigation and which will be discussed with a committee of university professors and experts.
