Course overview
The Master’s Degree course aims to develop the theoretical and technical expertise required to operate in the management of public administrations (local, regional, national and international) and non-profit and profit organisations that operate in areas of public interest, encouraging the innovation and modernisation necessary to respond to the social and economic changes in society today. Through a wealth of knowledge and expertise in economics and business, statistics and IT, law, organisation and sociology and a range of transferable skills, acquired through highly innovative teaching featuring the engagement and interaction of different external bodies, Master’s graduates will be able to tackle the main innovative challenges (de-bureaucratization, digitisation, sustainability) that public organisations face now and will face in the near future.
Occupational profiles
Thanks to the high level of interdisciplinarity of the course, Master’s graduates are able to conduct independently tasks and professional activities that enable them to work within all the institutions of public administration in its broadest sense, supervisory and control bodies and all public and private enterprises that work for public administrations. Graduates will be able to interact with both the managers and technicians of the various areas of these entities (legal, quantitative, managerial), as well as with strategic figures and policy makers. They can undertake tasks of coordination and can also take on professional roles in senior management, such as manager and executive, of such organisations.
While not involving any particular specialisation, the course content is flexible, allowing students to adopt different pathways, choosing more in-depth study in each of the four areas of the course (quantitative studies, economics/business, law and sociology/organisation).

Examination assessment and graduation
